Refunds and Exchanges

All items are quality checked thoroughly for flaws prior to despatch. It is the nature of handmade items to have minor irregularities.

Exchange or refund will be offered only in the case of legitimate faults, with photographic proof and proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.

No exchange or refund will be offered for normal wear and tear.
If you want to exchange a bag it must be returned in original condition with tags still attached.
The postage will be at the buyers expense.

Damage caused by overloading bags will not result in exchange or refund.

If it is agreed that a faulty product is to be returned for refund or exchange, postage is the buyer’s responsibility
